RICHARD MILLE new creation — the “RM 88 Tourbillon Automatic Smiley” tourbillon watch features an openworked dial filled with playful design elements such as Smiley, sun, rainbow, flamingo, pineapple, and other game-style motifs. Even the hour markers are shaped like gem-style cartoon icons, creating a joyful and uplifting visual experience when worn.

The RM 88 classic tonneau-shaped case is crafted from flawless ATZ ceramic, combined with a rose gold middle case. The crown is also decorated with a Smiley motif. The titanium inner bezel is treated with black PVD coating and set with sapphire and diamond hour markers.

The golden Smiley is the most eye-catching element on the dial, with a diameter of 12.1mm. A rainbow bridge-shaped bridge structure passes behind the Smiley, while an additional smaller gold rainbow bridge appears at the 5 o’clock position. The central area features openworked hour and minute hands.

Around the edge of the skeleton dial are miniature gold decorative elements in a playful style, including flowers, cocktail glasses, rainbows, clouds, flamingos, cacti, pineapples, and suns. Each element weighs less than 1 gram and is carefully hand-finished. The tourbillon is positioned behind the cloud at 6 o’clock, while the small seconds hand features lightning and sun details on both ends, adding a sense of fun and creativity throughout the design.
