Bokey TimeAPS Factory presents the IWC Portuguese Series NL1 New Release, a 2026 Year of the Horse special edition designed to symbolize success and good fortune, conveying the meaning of “swift success and career advancement.”
This model features a 42.3 × 14.1mm case with a balanced thickness and strong wrist presence. The case is crafted using high-end CNC finishing technology, delivering sharp, clean lines and maintaining the premium standard characteristic of APS craftsmanship. Both front and rear sapphire crystals are used, with the front crystal treated with high-transparency anti-reflective coating for enhanced clarity.
The watch integrates multiple functions including hours, minutes, small seconds, date display, and power reserve indicator, reflecting a highly functional and structured design.
It is powered by a movement developed through disassembly and analysis of the original 52010 architecture, achieving approximately 80% structural similarity. Adjustment behavior and operating feel are tuned to closely match the original configuration, aiming to replicate a highly authentic mechanical experience.
The strap is made from Italian calf leather and paired with a high-grade folding clasp. The automatic rotor is specially designed with a horse motif that rotates 360 degrees, symbolizing “good fortune turning in your favor” and “success arriving swiftly.”
This APS Factory creation combines complex mechanical aesthetics with symbolic design elements, offering a bold and visually striking interpretation of the IWC Portuguese style.
