Bokey TimeThe RM 27-02 by Richard Mille is a high-performance sports tourbillon watch. It features an ultra-lightweight case and exceptional stability, capable of withstanding intense acceleration. The bold and dynamic design combines innovative materials, smooth classic lines, and complex tourbillon craftsmanship.
Inspired by racing car chassis engineering, Richard Mille integrates the skeletonized baseplate of the movement with the case, creating a unified structure that significantly enhances shock resistance. To achieve extreme lightness, carbon fiber is used for the case, making the watch incredibly lightweight while showcasing a rugged texture similar to Damascus steel.
Through the sapphire crystal, the entire movement structure is clearly visible. The baseplate is made of carbon fiber and seamlessly integrated with the case. The floating tourbillon is positioned at 6 o’clock, while the fast-rotating barrel at 12 o’clock—an exclusive feature of Richard Mille—provides up to 52 hours of power reserve and improves energy efficiency by 20% during initial winding.
The black carbon bezel is secured to the case with 12 grade-5 titanium screws, paired with a red strap and red crown for a striking appearance. For enhanced readability, the tips of the hour and minute hands are highlighted with bright luminous white accents.
The RM 27-02 features a full carbon fiber case, sapphire crystal, carbon fiber baseplate, floating tourbillon movement with 19 jewels, a 52-hour power reserve, rubber or woven strap options, a titanium clasp, and water resistance up to 50 meters.
