The case is crafted from NTPT carbon fiber, known for its lightweight feel, durability, and distinctive layered texture. Highly resistant to shocks, it is built to withstand intense physical activity with ease. The slim, ergonomic profile fits comfortably on the wrist, with original dimensions of 49.94 × 44.5 × 13.05 mm.
Powered by the RMAL1 automatic movement, it beats at 28,800 vph and is equipped with a double barrel system providing a 55-hour power reserve. The grade 5 titanium baseplate and bridges are treated with PVD coating, delivering a modern, technical aesthetic. The fully integrated movement features a genuine oscillating balance wheel and hairspring, complete with white sapphire shock absorbers on both the front and back, as well as authentic gear construction—including the signature carbon black gear at 12 o’clock.
Transparency remains a signature of Richard Mille design. The RM 35-02 enhances readability with luminous accents on the hour, minute, and second hands, while maintaining its openworked clarity. The caseback is fitted with anti-reflective sapphire crystal, offering a clear view of the rotor and intricate movement details.
