Bokey TimeJJF (Michael Schumacher Royal Oak Offshore) officially released.
This Michael Schumacher Royal Oak Offshore chronograph watch features a 44mm case size and is available in three material versions: platinum, rose gold, and titanium. The case thickness is 14.43mm, paired with a black rubber strap featuring grooved detailing, enhancing its extreme sports racing aesthetic.
Although this limited edition retains the iconic Royal Oak Offshore design language, the case is specially engineered. The one-piece octagonal bezel is made of Cermet ultra-wear-resistant ceramic-metal material, offering durability seven times higher than steel, and secured with eight automotive-style dome screws.
The watch is equipped with a specially designed rubber strap (gray for titanium and rose gold versions, blue for platinum versions), connected by bead-blasted and satin-brushed titanium links, inspired by racing air intakes. The crown is bead-blasted and gear-shaped, crafted in titanium, rose gold, or white gold, and features a red anodized aluminum plate engraved with the Audemars Piguet logo.
The bead-blasted titanium guards protect the black polished ceramic pushers, while the pusher caps are made of titanium, white gold, or rose gold depending on the version.
At 3 o’clock, a red Arabic numeral date window enhances readability, harmonizing with the black dial background. The 6 o’clock sub-dial displays a 12-hour counter, the 9 o’clock sub-dial shows a 30-minute counter, and the 12 o’clock position features a small seconds display. The red hands contrast sharply with the black dial and white markers, improving legibility.
A tachymeter scale on the inner bezel ring supports speed measurement, a key function in racing chronographs.
Movement: Equipped with a 7750-based modified Cal.3126/3840 chronograph movement, featuring 12 o’clock small seconds, 6 o’clock 12-hour counter, and 9 o’clock 30-minute counter. The movement is precision-finished by the JJF team, improving stability and addressing common shortcomings of base 7750 chronographs, delivering enhanced reliability and performance.
